Personal Data I collect via my website, (the “Website”)

On my website, I only collect Personal Data where you choose to interact with me by signing-up to receive free content, including eBooks, videos and offers. The data I collect are:

  • Email address
  • First name

Mine is a WordPress website and may automatically collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit my Service (“Log Data”). Please note that the website has appropriate data privacy safeguards in place with these third parties with whom I share Personal Data as described above and who are providing services or functions on my behalf.

My Service contains links to other sites that are not operated by me (i.e. retailers where you can purchase my books). If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. I have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. If in doubt, I advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit, but I wouldn’t be sending you there if I had doubts.

Retention periods for use of your Personal Data

I will use and store your Personal Data only for as long as necessary, bearing in mind the uses of your Personal Data as described in this privacy policy and otherwise as communicated to you. I review the Personal Data I hold at regular intervals and delete permanently or anonymise any Personal Data which is no longer necessary.

Children’s Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access my Service. My Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
